A funny man

This past weekend I was sitting at the table having a snack with Quincy. I was eating a hand full of small twisted pretzels. We were having a really nice time just sitting at the kitchen table chatting when I decided to do something goofy (like I often do). I picked out a nice even pretzel and proceeded to bite open the bottom loop. I then put the pretzel on my nose like a tiny pair of glasses. Quincy found this funny, but only gave me a little smile and a weak giggle. So, I decided to up the game with a pretzel earring. That again only got another weak grin and giggle. Suddenly Quincy stopped laughing, got a very serious look on his face and just stared at me for a moment as if he was deep in thought. Then, without a smile, he said to me…

You’re a funny man, daddy.

Additions

I just wanted to take a moment to point out a couple additions to my site. If you look down at the footer you will notice two new widgets… “Currently Showing” and “Currently Reading”. The reading one is self explanatory. The other is a Flickr.com badge which shows the latest 5 photos I’ve upload to my Flickr account. I have decided to start actually using Flickr to share family photos as well as Quincy’s artwork.
