A couple of the guys I grew up with just informed me that they are expecting additions to their families soon. Bugos then pointed out the interesting pattern in which the guys have had kids. Riley, Bugos, Ward, Stevens, Stevens, Ward, Bugos, Riley. He’s also determined to figure out how he can claim this pattern is an omen for something to come. Good luck with that one, Bugos. And congratulations to the Bugos and Riley families on their upcoming babies.

This Friday will be, my co-worker and friend, Kevin’s last day at HIMSS. He is moving to New York and taking a job with MLB.com. I’m really bummed about this, but also very happy and excited for him as well. I wish him the best of luck in the Big Apple and with MLB.com. Now let’s PLAY BALL!

It seems that Quincy has already started working on his pickup lines. During his play group birthday party this week he sat down by his friend Livy and said…

I really like girls and do you know which girl I like the most? You Livy.

Real smooth.

My friend and co-worker, Kevin, just spent a week and a half in Texas attending the SXSW conference. I am jealous that I was not able to attend with him, but hope to make it next year. When he returned to work on Tuesday he came bearing gifts for a few of us in the office. My boss and her boss both were gifted really cool little cactus plants. I, however, received the coolest gift of them all. A golden Mexican wrestling mask. Kevin also brought in his nice new camera, so we took it and my mask out on the street for a few photos and some very interesting looks.
