On Monday I start working at my former place of employment. Due to the fact that I’m sure to be asked over and over why I’m returning to HIMSS, I have put together 10 ten list.

I started my new job at Cars.com yesterday. So far so good. It was a little overwhelming meeting so many people. And the floor layout is like a labyrinth. It’s all I can do not to get lost on a regular basis, but I’m quickly getting use to it. By the end of the week I will probably have no problems.
There was also a little problem with my computer setup. I don’t have any graphic design software. They had a little snag in the ordering of the software, but we hope to have in and installed in the next couple days. Now I just have to learn what exactly I do there. That’s the fun part.
On Thursday I accepted a new position with Cars.com. I’m pretty excited about this new job for several reason. One of the reason is that I’ll be working with two friends that I use to work with back during my days at Morningstar. My first day will be June 13th.
Today was my first day back in the office since December 23rd. It was pretty hard to get started this morning, but once I got to work and got busy the day flew by. I think it helped that there were still a lot of people out today, because I was pretty much left alone and got a lot done.
