About

Designer. Analyst.
Human-first.

I've spent 25 years helping teams turn complex, messy problems into experiences people can actually use — from healthcare associations to industrial product configurators.

Ward Seward

I started as a graphic designer — back when the web was new and nobody really knew what they were doing with it. I fell in love with the problem of making things clear, usable, and human. That curiosity became a career.

Over the years I've designed for financial platforms, large-scale healthcare membership organizations, industrial manufacturers, and commercial real estate — always with usability at the center. I hold a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) credential and bring research, testing, and validation into every engagement.

I earned my Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) credential because I believe good design isn't about what looks right — it's about what works for real people under real conditions. I've run usability studies, facilitated stakeholder workshops, and built the systems that let teams keep delivering after I'm gone.

"The best UX is invisible. My job is to make sure nobody notices how much work went into making something feel obvious."
